I am so pleased to team up with Michael at Al Fresco to bring you this years Christmas Tasting, Michael will provide an amazing array of Italian food in Tapas style, with selection of hams and salamis with homemade bread, bruschetta, arancini formaggio (deep fried risotto balls with mixed cheese ) , smoked salmon carpaccio, Melanzane parmigiana (oven baked aubergine with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with touch of tomato sauce.

We will be tasting the best wines from this year along with some special wines for Christmas including the new vintage of Frank Meiser Dornfelder 2021 , (the red that thinks it’s a white), Six Poets Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 from California , McGuigan Founders Series Chardonnay 2016, and the outstanding  Papale Oro Primitivo di Manduria, Varvaglione 2017 (Rocca Alternative)  Sandemans Vau Vintage Port 1999 and many more. There will also be some gift pack ideas for Christmas.
