A coppery gold color lets fine and delicate bubbles escape in a regular and dancing cordon. The pure nose imbued with a subtle blend of acacia flowers, empyreumatic notes and yellow fruits (apricot, peach and Mirabelle plum) opens deliciously with fragrances of bitter oranges and licorice.
The ample and silky palate ends with a tonic and mineral finish to make it a remarkably balanced champagne. The sweet sweetness of the fruit is revealed naturally and delicately throughout the tasting of this vintage.
