Description
This wine is deep purple, Bursting with black fruits and toasted notes, and a wild ‘Garrigue’ character from the Languedoc hills.
The palate is c’est magnifique! rich and complex with a good balance of fruit, spice and hints of truffle.
The fruit for this wine comes from selected grape parcels of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan had traditional red wine vinification with gentle maceration
for between 15-20 days to extract colour, flavour and tannins. To add complexity, each cuvee was in contact with medium toast French oak for up to six months before the final blending.
