The grapes are sourced from the Casablanca Valley situated only 28 km from the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean. This unique microclimate allows the fruit to obtain optimum maturity while retaining natural acidity important to the production of fine wines.
This Estate Chardonnay has a golden translucent yellow color. The nose reveals white flowers, candied fruit and cream notes. A juicy palate offers balance acidity a refreshing body and a smooth length. It is ideal for buttered fish, clams or salmon carpaccio with parmesan. Recommended temperature to serve 12ºC.
