Description
This is an appellation that I particularly appreciate, because it highlights the character of Pinot Noir in its elegance, finesse and concentration. After the 2017, here is the 2018, on an elegant frame, a little sunnier. The aromas of red and black fruits and notes of breeding, blend happily, they are enhanced in the mouth by a fresh and spicy structure that is still young.
The nose is fine, with aromas of morello cherries, blackberries, vanilla, pepper, peony. The palate is Velvety and smooth with fruity flavors enhanced by a structure with liquorice and peppery tannins.
