Description
Noble Late Harvest is like a heavenly balance of rich sweetness, so beautifully countered by lively citrus acidity that there is no hint or suggestion of it becoming cloying or sticky in the mouth. Then there’s the cornucopia of flavour; mango and sundried peach, barley sugar sweeties and orange blossom honey with a deeper roasted macadamia nut vibe and a jasmine florality adding an ethereal lightness to it all. Sweet, yes – but it’s not heavy and finishes beautifully dry and clean, leaving a lingering flavour memory.

Muscat de Frontignan (45%), Chenin Blanc (45%), Grasa de Cotnari (10%)
Excellent with pâtés, blue cheese, desserts, cakes, pastries and tarts.
