Description
An elegant, medium-full bodied wine, with ripe but fresh fruit flavours. On the palate, the wine is round with soft and well-matured tannins. This wine is carefully barrel aged which gives it a vanilla and distinctive oak flavoured backdrop to the plum and dark berry fruit.
Try with dishes like herb-crusted rack of lamb, stuffed mushrooms or a wide range of hard cheeses.
