All the best qualities of their top grape variety, Monastrell, are expressed in this varietal wine. The grapes are harvested by hand the first week of October. Then the must macerates in stainless-steel tanks, taking special care in the daily remontage, to extract as much colour and taste from the skins and other solid grape material. It is then fermented in a temperature-controlled tank. With attractive fruit aromas, this is a mature wine with the roundness of the Monastrell grape, well balanced with pleasant sweetness and a lasting bouquet. Great with typical Spanish stews, paellas and red meat, goat and sheep cheese, mushrooms and all sorts of tapas.
