Produced from grapes grown in sun-drenched vineyards in the Western Cape which were picked at optimum ripeness and fermented under temperature-controlled conditions.
The resultant wine is pale lemon in colour with a nose redolent of citrussy lemon and lime with hints of tropical fruit. The palate continues this theme, the pleasant acidic lemon finely balances with peach and nectarine flavours. There are lightly spiced leafy notes and good minerality. Has more mouth feel and roundness than an Italian Pinot Grigio.
