Sartori di Verona was founded in 1898, when Pietro Sartori bought Villa Maria, a vineyard with a small cellar in Negrar di Valpolicella in the heart of the Veneto region.

Following Pietro’s retirement, his son Regolo, a talented wine broker with an extraordinary palate, re-launched the Sartori brand, expanding production and officially marketing the wines in 1947 after the Second World War.
Ruby in colour; ripe fruit aromas, with notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, and dried herbs; full bodied on the palate with rich fruit flavours, bright acidity, and a lingering finish.
